Hardware companies buy parts that are built specifically for them — a wound coil, a wire harness, a moulded housing. The difficult part is rarely the manufacturing itself. It is finding a factory that will build the part correctly, price it fairly and hold the schedule. That is the work we take on.
We locate manufacturers, qualify them properly, put your drawing into terms a factory can quote accurately, and compare several offers before recommending one. Frequently asked questions
Which components do you source?
Custom magnetics — transformers, power inductors, common mode chokes and wireless charging or antenna coils — together with cable and wire harness assemblies and injection-moulded plastic parts. If a part falls outside those categories we will say so rather than take the project on.
Where are the manufacturers located?
Our manufacturing network is international. The factory is chosen on capability, quality documentation, price and lead time for your specific part, not on geography.
What do you need in order to send a quotation?
A drawing, datasheet or physical sample, the quantity per batch or per year, and the target price you are working toward. The more precise the specification, the more accurate the quotation that comes back.
Can we start with small quantities?
Yes. Most projects begin with samples and a pilot run. Unit pricing improves as volumes grow, and we will tell you in advance at what quantity that becomes meaningful.
How is quality controlled?
Manufacturers are qualified before they are introduced, samples and first articles are checked against your drawing, and material certificates and test reports are supplied with production batches.
Do you work with companies outside Israel?
Yes. We work with hardware manufacturers in Israel and abroad, and correspondence can be handled in English or Hebrew.
How long does the sourcing process take?
Quotations generally come back within days of receiving a complete specification. Sample and production lead times depend on the component, the tooling involved and the quantity.
